At Redeeming Hope Therapy Services, we create a safe and supportive space where teens and young adults can explore their emotions, heal from past experiences, and step into a more confident version of themselves.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and have spent decades working in the medical field. As a therapist, I have several years of experience in mental health, supporting clients who are experiencing anxiety, self-esteem challenges, trauma, stress, depression, and feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck.
My goal is to help individuals recognize their strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, and rebuild confidence so they can move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
